Many shawls and cowls with relatively simple stitch patterns will look great in a gradient!
A good way to locate patterns is to search for “gradient” in the yarn search on Ravelry and then see what others have made with similar fibers and weight as the one you have or are wanting to get. You may even be able to find the exact yarn you’re thinking of purchasing!
