Nearly all of us have been impacted by cancer in some way, shape or form.

Knitted Knockers are special, soft, light weight breast prosthetics that are very comfortable for women who have undergone mastectomies, lumpectomies and radiation, and/ or are undergoing reconstruction. They can be worn with any regular bra and are machine washable. By simply removing some stuffing they can be custom fit to meet your needs. These have been overstuffed to allow for adjustment. A note from Pam:

I first learned about Knitted Knockers from a childhood friend who has survived breast cancer. After hearing from her about how uncomfortable the prosthetic breasts can be, I happened to run across a knitting group close to her affiliated with Knitted Knockers. I downloaded the pattern and whipped up a knocker for her. She was and still is so excited about my little gift. That when I realized that a small token can make a big impact on someone’s life. Now I can turn my passion for knitting into something more meaningful!
